Auckland Council's "Creative Communities Scheme"

It has recently been brought to my attention that applications for funding grants from Auckland Council’s Creative Communities Scheme are open.

Funded by Creative New Zealand, the Creative Communities Scheme encourages communities to make arts and culture a part of everyday life for Aucklanders through music, dancing, film-making, weaving, poetry and theatre.

As part of the scheme, Auckland Council and Creative New Zealand are inviting Aucklanders to apply for grants towards projects with an arts or creative cultural focus and that take place from 11 April 2018 and 10 April 2019.

Applications for this current round of grants are open until 23 February 2018.

It’s really exciting that Aucklanders have the opportunity to get support for their ideas and projects and we’re trying to let artists, performers and cultural or community groups know.

Would you be interested in including a mention of the grants on 100% GOOD?

Full details and information about support for applications are here: http://ourauckland.aucklandcouncil.govt.nz/articles/news/2018/1/auckland-s-got-talent-apply-now-for-creative-communities-scheme-funding/
